OpenSwitch collects information necessary to build your Master Resume, tailor customized job application documents, and execute automated job submissions upon your explicit approval.

• Master Resume Data: Career history, work experience, projects, skills, education, and metrics you upload or enter.
• Account Information: Name, email address, password hash, and portal account authentication tokens.
• Job Search & Application History: Roles searched, tailored packages generated, and application submission status logs.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your career data is strictly used to provide AI-assisted career search and application automation. We enforce strict data boundaries:

• We NEVER sell or monetize your resume data, personal identity, or job history to third parties or recruiters.
• AI language models process your master resume solely to extract keywords and generate tailored application text for your selected job listings.
• Job portal credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 and used exclusively for your human-approved auto-application submissions.

3. Data Control & Deletion

You maintain total ownership of your data. You may export your Master Resume or request full account and data deletion at any time directly through your account dashboard or by contacting privacy@openswitch.ai.
